The Music of a baby's cry
(Never Realized The Music)
.

.
I never realized the music of a baby's cry
I never realized the music of a tear in my eye
I never realized the music of a loving hug
I never realized the music of the rising sun
Here it comes…there it goes
Here it comes again…there it goes
All of our days are numbered in a little fine book
Some of us get thousands some never get a look
The seasons come and the years they go and it all
happens so fast
The sun it rises once again and one must be our
last…Here it comes…there it goes…
Here it comes again…there is goes
Well I never gave it much thought
Till I almost lost my child
Never thought I'd hear her voice
Or get to see her smile
The hospital called "come quickly, she's not doing
well!'
"She may last an hour or two, it's really hard
to tell!"
I prayed to God and told Him that if He loved her
that much
I would accept His will, all I needed was His touch…
Here it comes…there it goes
Here it comes again…there it goes
When we arrived at the hospital we proceeded to
scrub down
We covered our hair and even our shoes and put
on a doctor's gown
"But a quarter hour ago something wonderful we
don't understand!
We've taken her off the life support and put her
in God's hands!"
I never realized the music of a baby's cry
I never realized the music of a tear in my eye
I never realized the music of a loving hug
I never realized the music of the rising sun
Here it comes…there it goes
Here it comes again…there it goes
Now each and every mornin' when I rise
I peek in on my children and kiss and hug my wife
And as I'm driving down the highway the sun rising
in the hills
I thank God for another day. Now I guess I always
will…
I never realized the music of a baby's cry
I never realized the music of a tear in my eye
I never realized the music of a loving hug
I never realized the music of the rising sun
Here it comes…there it goes
Here it comes again…there it goes

.I've
Got Faith Oh Lord
.

.
(Chorus)
I've got Faith oh Lord, that
You are faithful
I've got faith oh Lord, that
You are faithful…
Well in these times of trials
Lord, may I always know that You're with me.
And in these times of pain
oh Lord, may I always know that it's a short time.
And when I lose sight of
the victory, may you bring to remembrance, Your holy words.
And when I think that I can't
rise up, may Your Spirit lift me, may You lift me.
I've got Faith oh Lord, that
You are faithful
I've got faith oh Lord, that
You are faithful…
Bridge: May I always hide
in Your arms of love.
May I always rest in Your arms of comfort.
May I always hide in Your arms of refuge.
And may I live oh Lord, may I live in Your arms of grace!
(Chorus)
(saxophone solo)
No one can, mend a broken
heart like Jesus…like Jesus!
No one can, give you a brand
new start like Jesus!...Like Jesus!
And no one can, make a life
brand new, like Jesus!…Like Jesus!
And no one can, heal you
like Jesus! Like Jes

Salvation and Glory
.

.
Oh there's going to be a day when there'll be no
more tears…Hallelujah!
And there's going to be a day, where there'll be
no more fears…Hallelujah!
And we'll be with our Maker, face to face, He'll
shine like the sun!
And with joy in our hearts, we'll sing celebration
to the Holy One!
Chorus: Hallelujah! Salvation and Glory and Power
belong to our God! (Repeat)
Yes there's going to come a day when God says "well
done" …Hallelujah!
"Good and faithful servant, enter into joy!"…Hallelujah!
So let us sing oh saints, let us sing our future
celebration!
Let us sing with understanding for God has given
us revelation! (Chorus)
Yes there's going to be a day where there'll be
no more cancers…Hallelujah!
Yes there's going to be a day when we'll have all
the answers…Hallelujah
And we'll be with our Maker, face to face; He'll
shine like the sun!
And with joy in our hearts, we'll sing celebration
to the Holy One! (Chorus)
Forever and ever and ever and ever Amen!

Sleep Tight My Child
.

.
Sleep tight my child. It's
all right my child
You can sleep and know father
is near
It is best my child if you
rest my child
Before you know it the sun
will appear
You are safe in your father's
hands
While you sleep you are safe within his plans
You are safe in your father's
arms
There's no need to cry my
child or be alarmed
Sometimes the night seems
long. But if your faith is strong
You can believe darkness
gives way to light
So trust in what you've heard.
For it is your father's word
And he would not tell you
a lie.
(2nd Chorus)
You are safe in your Father's
hands
While you sleep you are safe
within His plans
You are safe in your Father's
arms
There's no need to
cry my child or be alarmed
In just a moment the final
trump will sound!
And our Savior will be seen
by all from all around!
We'll be changed in a twinkling
of an eye!
And we'll all meet our Lord
together in the sky!
So sleep tight my child.
It's all right my child
You can sleep and know Father
is near.
It is best my child if you
rest my child
Before you know it the Son
will appear
Sometimes the night seems
long but if your faith is strong
You can believe darkness
gives way to Light
So trust in what you've heard.
For it is your Father's word.
And He would not tell you
a lie
(second chorus)

Forget Me Not
.

.
Forget me not she said
Forget me not she cried
Forget me not she said
Forget me not she cried
Hold my heart Lord for it is aching
I place by trust, it in Your hands.
Hold my heart Lord, keep it from breaking
But I have hope Your word will stand
Hold my heart Lord for it is aching
I place by trust, it in Your hands.
Hold my heart Lord, keep it from breaking
Yes I have hope Your word will stand
Forget you not I vow
Forget you not I say
Forget you not I vow
We'll reunite one day
Hold my heart Lord for it is aching
I place by trust, it in Your hands.
Hold my heart Lord, keep it from breaking
But I have hope Your word will stand
Hold my heart Lord for it is aching
I place by trust, it in Your hands.
Hold my heart Lord, keep it from breaking
Yes I have hope Your word will stand
Yes I have hope Your word will stand

God Showed His Love
(Towards Man)
.

.
I've heard it asked "does God really care?"
I've heard it asked "Is God really there?"
I've heard it asked "Why must so many die?"
I've heard it asked "Does God hear our cry?"
(chorus)
God showed His love toward man through the cross.
God showed His love toward man, by sending His
only Son.
God showed His love toward man through the cross.
God showed His love toward man, by sending His
only Son.
For God…so loved the world…that He gave…His only
begotten Son…
That whosoever…believes in Him…will not perish…but
have eternal life…
For God…so loved the world…that He gave…His only
begotten Son…
That whosoever…believes in Him…will not perish…but
have eternal life.
(While some singers continue singing John 3:16
another group of singers sing the chorus)

A Special Place
.

.
I went to a special place
the other day
I think I've been there before
but where I can't say
There are very tall trees
yet much light still shines through
And a two-story house with
lots of windows too
"I go prepare… a place for
you"
"I would not tell you this…unless
it were true" (John 14:1-4)
In a downstairs room I saw
my daughter sleeping
Her hair was brown and I
could see she was breathing
In my spirit I knew there
were others unseen
Then I awoke from this dream
with these words inside of me…
"I go prepare… a place for
you"
"I would not tell you this…unless
it were true" (John 14:1-4)
Then I worshipped…
Oh there is no One like You,
sweet Jesus! No One like You, my Savior!
No there is no One like You,
sweet Jesus! No One like You…in all the earth!
In all the earth…in all the
earth…in all the earth…
(Interlude music with strings,
piano, drums, bass, guitars, possibly
saxophone, clarinet. Many
voices join in after four stanzas by lead vocalist
sing the following words
in harmonies)
She will never come to me
again, but I will go to her (2 Samuel 12:22-23)
She will never come to me
again, but I will go to her
She will never come to me
again, but I will go to her
She will never come to me
again, but I will go to her…
one day…one day…one day…one
day…
(At the ending lead guitar
plays the melody that goes with
"I go prepare a place
for you etc. and ends)

Be Still
.

.
Be still and know that I
am God…
Be still and know that I
am God and there is no other.
I'll be closer than any brother.
Be still and know that I
am God…
Be still and know that I am
God and there is no other.
I'll be closer than any brother.
I'll never give you more
than you can bear.
And I will always, always
be there.
Be still and know that I
am God…
Be still and know that I am
God and there is no other.
I'll be closer than any brother.
I'll never give you more
than you can bear.
And I will always, always
be there.
I will never let any trial
overtake you!
I will never leave you nor
forsake you!
Be still and know that I
am God…
Be still and know that I am
God and there is no other.
I'll be closer than any brother.
I'll never give you more
than you can bear.
And I will always, always
be there.
I will never let any trial
overtake you!
I will never leave you nor
forsake you!
Before the fall of man I
have known every loss.
That is why I sent my Son
to die on the cross!
For God so loved the world
that He sent His only begotten Son
That he who believes in Him
shall become one…

God Wants Us To Be
.

.
God wants us to be what He
wants us to be
But we always want to be
what we want
We hold onto dreams…such
selfish dreams
And forget the Giver of the
gifts that we've got
Yet He loves us…
And He gives us things that
we cannot repay
Can't understand why it Him
we deny
'Cept we call on Him when
we have a bad day
Oh Lord, why You put up with
us,
I'll never know but I'm sure
glad You do!
Thank You Jesus!
I've got a life after this
'cause of You!
God wants us to be what He
wants us to be!
Lord help me to be…what You
want!

Examine Me
.

.
I come before my King
And lay bear everything
Lord God please test my heart
Examine every part
Convict me of my sins
And cleanse me within
Brokenness is all I bring
My tears are my offering
Because of wondrous grace
I bow before Your face
Create in me a new
Clean heart that You can
use
And seal me with Your love
That You send from above
Take all my pride and pain
And fill me up with Holy
rain
Holy Spirit abide in me
The Helper from eternity
Guide my life and make me
strong
I'll not look back…I'll carry
on…

I Forgive you!
.

.
As we ponder the cross, I hope we realize the gain
Of what the Lord is offering us; The complete washing
of our stains…
He is the Truth, the Life, The Way. By His stripes
we are healed.
So receive the Light today. The Love of God has
been revealed.
(He is saying)
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
Oh the Lord knows what you've done. He even knows
what you will do
And yet while you were yet in sin, He offered His
life for you…
There is good news in the land,"The welcome door
is open wide!"
And no one knows when it will close. This is the
message for which He died…
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
All we like sheep have gone astray; Turned everyone
to his own way
That which was lost can now be found. Come enter
into Joy today!
You might feel you've gone too far…Or your shame
is much too great…
But God's Love covers the multitudes! Come take
His gift of Life today!
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
And now if you've received His Love, go to the world
and give the same…
The good news message of the cross, that Jesus
called you to proclaim…
The Spirit and the bride say "come". He who's thirsty,
come to Christ!
Won't you come while it's still day…confess your
sins, receive new life!
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
"I forgive you! I forgive you!
I forgive you! Come on home!
"Almighty God, He is calling you!"
He sent His only Son that you might live!"
